It has been created with the aim of promoting an improvement in people's health and quality of lifethrough the sharing of and training to help instil healthy habits.

Through the Healthy Living Institute, we plan to offer truly useful guidelines for helping people to become active stewards in caring for their health.

We want to promote the prevention and the values of exercise and healthy lifestyle habits.. The project will draw on different research projects related to healthy living that serve to study people's actual interest in their health.

In addition, initiatives such as healthy paths or actions aimed at schoolchildren will be implemented, to help educate them about caring for their health and raise their awareness about the need for healthy habits, promoting the values of healthy eating and exercise.
