How to make the query

  • If you are a customer: You will only need to provide your full name, an email and your ID number or NIE. Remember to include these details together with the procedure you wish to carry out.
  • If you are not a customer and you only want information about the company or our products, just provide us your full name and email so that we can address you correctly.

With total security

At DKV, we will never ask you for health details via Whatsapp. For this reason, we cannot receive voice messages, due to it being part of your a biometric data, and therefore health-related. This means that it is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation.
