You can request a duplicate of a damaged or lost card through any of the following channels:

  • The Clients' Area.
  • On 976 506 000 (if you are a private customer) or 902 499 600 (if you are a member of a mutual insurance company).
  • At your nearest branch.

In the event of an medical emergency, you can immediately request a temporary card through these same channels.
